From April 2016, Screenings are available at Kirrawee Family Medical Practice.
A screening will gain a snapshot of your child’s:
- Understanding of Language (Receptive Language)
- Use of Language (Expressive Language)
- Speech Sound development
- Fluency of Speech
Screenings are a cost effective way to:
- Determine whether more formal assessment and/ or support is required for any communication area
- Gain reassurance, should your child be developing communication age appropriately.
